Getting Started

Our cost planning tool is issued in an easy-to-use Microsoft Excel™ document, containing a variety of options for you to choose from for each building element, with regular updates being issued throughout the year

Enter Finishes and Measurements

Select the desired finish and the key measurement for each building element and our form will automatically work out the estimated construction costs. Preliminary, contingency and builders’ add on costs are automatically calculated too.

Professional Cost Report

Once completed, you can use our form as a detailed budget report to help you to make the most informed financial decision for a project.
