Why Cost Commend

Many people fall into the trap of going through a lengthy process of designing their dream home, only to realise that it is unaffordable when the builders provide their final prices. This leads to the inconvenience of re-assessing finances, re-design, or putting the project on hold altogether.

We created Cost Commend to help give you the financial control of a project from the very beginning. Our cost planning tool allows you to select finishes based on the project aspirations and will act as a professional cost report. Using this, you can establish if a project is affordable or if the aspirations should be refined to suit the budget. This saves time, money and stress before any commitments have been made or substantial money has been spent.

Our Experience

We have almost two decades worth of quantity surveying experience within the construction industry and are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In this time, we have managed a variety of projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.
